LOCAL, HANDS-ON TRAILER REPAIR & CUSTOMIZATION
Hot Rods & Hydraulics provides custom welding, repair and fabrication for trailers used to move equipment, materials and vehicles. We discuss the trailer’s condition, intended use and loading before recommending work. Each repair or modification is evaluated individually; welding alone cannot make a severely damaged or overloaded trailer safe.
Trailer running gear, repairs and custom metalwork
Tell us the trailer type, what you haul and the fault you have noticed. Wheel-bearing, brake, axle and coupler work require different information from a new gate or ramp. Photos and any identification or rating labels help us review the request.

Starting your repair
Call or text with the trailer type, photos of the damage or proposed modification, approximate measurements and what you haul. We inspect condition and material before confirming the scope. For changes affecting the frame, hitch, loading or weight distribution, compatibility and load limits must be reviewed before fabrication. Repairs do not automatically increase the trailer’s rated capacity.
